Helping you with your grief
Grief is a normal response to the experience of loss. Grieving is the body’s way of healing. Grief can feel intense because it connects you with strong feelings and thoughts. Grief can also affect your ability to concentrate, to sleep, your appetite and sense of purpose and meaning.
Sometime people become stuck in grief and it feels like things will never get better. Grief can be worked through but sometimes people need help to process the feelings, thoughts and memories that come with grief in order to heal.
